I'm only 50 pages in to the third book, and I'm ready to quit. Honestly, I'm surprised I even made it this far.

LOVE IS NOT BEING RESTRICTED FROM DOING ANYTHING BUT APPROVED ACTIVITIES OUT OF CONCERN FOR "SAFETY" (AKA JEALOUSY). LOVE IS NOT BEING STALKED VIA MIND POWERS. LOVE IS NOT BEING LIED TO ABOUT HUGE CONCERNS (CONCERNS LIKE SOMEONE IS OUT TO KILL YOU). LOVE IS NOT ANY OF THESE THINGS.

Augh, Bella was explaining to another character how she doesn't just love Edward because he's good-looking. That he's compassionate, and sweet, and all these other things. Excuse me, WHAT?? I've not seen ONE example in the book where he was shown as being loved for anything but his "breathtaking looks". SHE SERIOUSLY FORGETS TO BREATHE WHEN SHE LOOKS AT HIM. What the hell happened to "show, not tell"? WHY DID AN EDITOR NOT SLAP SMEYER ACROSS THE FACE WITH THE MANUSCRIPT AND TELL HER SHE'S RETARDED?

This is very quickly turning into a case of "FFFFFFFFFFF I CAN DO THIS BETTER"

MY ADD HAS BECOME EPIC. Oh god, I've got like fifteen things going at once. Well... maybe not fifteen, but a bunch. I've got D. Gray-Man in one window, LJ in another, the cesspit of voles (a.k.a. Fanfiction dot net) in another (DON'T JUDGE ME, THE FIC'S AUTHOR STOPPED POSTING IT ON LJ), three different kink memes, a bunch of anime downloads going, the latest Bump of Chicken CD on repeat on my stereo, the Junjou Romantica season 2 opening going on VLC alternating with either Fuyu no Semi or Haru wo Daiteita depending on my mood at the second, waiting for the next installment of a Kyou Kara Maou RP via email and getting ready to un-hiatus from LJRP, and in between that filling out job applications a bit at a time and trying to write either fic or original story, I haven't quite decided yet.

IT'S ALMOST THREE IN THE MORNING. MY ATTENTION SHOULD NOT BE THAT DIVISIBLE. WHAT THE HELL.

I'm also considering dragging my PS2 in here and firing up Medieval. Gah I love that game, just because of the skeleton guy and the soundtrack. It's just so much fun.

I started reading Twilight. GOD SOMEONE KILL ME WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME.

But in order to mock it effectively, I figure I should actually read it. I feel like every time I pick it up, though, my IQ drops ten points. And the commercials for the movie. DDDDDDD: It makes me glad that I rarely watch TV any more. Otherwise I'd be subjected to that drivel on a more regular basis.

The best part about it, though, is that I borrowed Twilight from my cousin's HUSBAND. She even mocked him, saying that he has a 13 year old girl trapped in him. Though she invalidated her opinion seconds later by saying that she liked it. D:

Oh god kill me, I'm not even done with the first book, and I was loaned the whole series.
